Job profile
You will be responsible for the pre-sales demos, promoting unique selling points and clinical benefits, as well as post-sales customer application support, including on-site clinical commissioning and support during go-live.
You will work in close collaboration with the Account Managers, being a key contributor in driving the sales in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Commercially and clinically demonstrate the range of products and services to prospects, to drive sales.
• Provide after-sales training and customer service activities to support the business objectives during the life cycle of the product.
• Use your commercial and clinical experience to optimize and adjust products and position them on the market in coordination with the Account Managers.
• Ensures the clinical relevance of new products and that all clinical needs are translated into technical and performance specifications and customer benefits.
• Actively participate in the organization of commercial and marketing events and user meetings in collaboration with the local and regional colleagues.
• Accompany customer visits to reference sites as necessary.

Criteria
Qualifications and experience:
• Certification as registered nurse, preferably in the field of Anesthesia, Intensive Care or Cardiac Care.
• Good clinical knowledge in Anesthesia Ventilation, Intensive Care and/or Diagnostic Cardiology (ECG).
• Preferably previous, successful experience as a commercial application specialist / sales specialist as an industry representative.
Desirable skills
• Very good presentation skills and argumentation, to be applied as part of pre- and after-sales activities
• Easiness to share your knowledge with customers and colleagues
• Team spirit: ability to motivate & work with diverse teams
• Very good written and verbal communication
• Fluent in Dutch, very good level of English
