Our consultants have experience in the Healthcare Industry. They have had senior positions within healthcare companies and know the market. For this reason Highland Transition is very successul in recruiting interesting candidates.

In 2003 I started as owner and Partner of Highland Transition. My focus is on Marketing, Management and Sales positions and key positions within HR, Finance and Logistics. Besides Executive Recruitment I have strong expertise in individual and team coaching. After finishing my study Human Resource Management, I started my career in Human Resources positions. My first HR position was at Wegener, publisher and printing company of national and regional newspapers. I continued my career at FedEx, where I was responsible for HR Management at two locations, in the Netherlands and Belgium.

I joined Johnson & Johnson Medical in 1992. As Director Human Resources Benelux and member of the Management Board, I contributed to the strong growth of the marketing and sales organisations in the Netherlands and Belgium.
